Once a Dragon, Always a Dragon! We are excited to host some of our Dragon alumni on Tuesday, June 9th to do a victory lap of where their education journey began. Graduate check in is at 2:30pm and the walk will begin at 2:45pm. We are excited to cheer on these graduates as they close this chapter and begin their next!! 🐔it’s official, you’ve got dinner plans on June 10th!!🐔 Field Day at Douglas has become an EPIC experience! It is safe to say, EVERYONE had a BLAST! MONDAY is FIELD DAY!!! Coach Patterson and the Field Day team have so much fun planned for you! There will be 💦wet💦 activities and 🌵dry 🌵activities! There will be fun, there will be treats and there will be a whole lotta joy! Be sure to come prepared for another AMAZING Douglas Field Day! VOLUNTEERS!!! This one’s FOR you!!! Douglas Volunteer Appreciation Tea, May 12th @ 2:45 in the media center! Douglas recently hosted a fantastic Career Day, featuring a diverse range of professionals, from nurses and seamstresses to architects. We're grateful to all the speakers who shared their passions and expertise with our students! By linking classroom learning to real-world experiences, events like Career Day inspire and empower our students to explore their future possibilities. Field Day is May 18th! Come join us for a fun day with the kids! Be outdoors, play some games, have some ice cream…sounds like a winning combination to me! Teacher Appreciation Week is NEXT WEEK! Here is a handy dandy guide from our Teacher Appreciation chairs that outlines the theme of each day. Please feel free to join in on as much as you would like! If you have questions about your teacher’s favorites reach out to your room parent or send us a DM! Excited to celebrate our teachers May 4th-8th!! 🎉Last year we raised $15500🎉
