Dragonfire Update

Our annual passive fundraiser is well underway and we would like to highlight some reasons to donate and to present our NEW opportunities for local businesses to support Douglas! Our goal is open and so far we have raised $5,000 to be used toward our teacher support fund, our Covid Care resources such as PPE, and toward student services such as technology and arts education!

Any contribution makes a difference! Please donate online today:

Check out our Dragonfire flyer for more details, including a form to send to school if you’d rather pay by check, and corporate matching information.

Do you have a local business that would like to support Dragon Fire? We have some amazing advertising opportunities available for your tax deductible donation!

Make a Difference for Douglas!

Dragonfire, our annual passive fundraiser, starts TODAY. Your support is more important than ever as we address new challenges brought on by COVID-19.

As always, 100% of every donation goes directly to the PTA to meet school needs.

In past years, Dragonfire has funded everything from classroom smartboards to Arts, Science, Math and Literacy Nights. This year, we have already invested in teacher and staff support (including providing PPE, disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer), technology upgrades, a COVID Emergency Support Fund and more.

Our 2020 goal is open!

This year’s Dragonfire will look a bit different. We won’t have the Coin War between classes or prizes for the class who collects the most money, BUT we do have new ways to donate online!

Check out our Dragonfire flyer for more details, including a form to send to school if you’d rather pay by check, and corporate matching information.

Despite the massive challenges brought on by COVID-19, our school community is stronger than ever. Your Dragonfire contribution will help us meet pressing needs AND create new opportunities for our students and staff.

It’s time to ROAR, Dragons! Let’s do this!
