Come Help Paint Tables for our Dragons!

Thanks to a generous donation of tables from a Douglas family, the PTA was able to add tilting umbrellas and create multiple outdoor seating areas like the one pictured above in our K-1 outdoor space.

Another set of tables is set to arrive soon, and we need your help painting them on Saturday!

We are hoping to have at least 12 volunteers, but more are definitely welcome as there are a few other projects around campus that could use a helping hand — and we would graciously accept that help on this National Day of Service.

Thank you!

Leaves, weeds and trash, oh my!

Whether pulling weeds, picking up trash, blowing leaves, painting or power-washing, any help you provide will make a big difference!

Many hands make light work — and our awesome campus needs some work!

Please join your Douglas community on Nov. 1 and/or Nov. 2 for some TLC and a little bit of fun along the way.

Sign up here to help spiff up the school, inside and out!

This event is for students, parents, Douglas graduates, neighbors — all are welcome. The school will be unlocked, so we’ll have access to bathrooms and water fountains.

Thank you!

We Need YOU!

Hospitality Co-Chair
You’ll work with the other co-chair, Tonya Denning, to plan and produce activities throughout the year for staff and families, such as teacher appreciation and new parent events. If you’re interested or have questions, contact PTA President Jeannine Moore: douglasdragonpta@gmail.com

Yearbook Committee
If you’re interested in helping with any aspect of this year’s school yearbook, please contact Yearbook Committee Chair Viki Redding: viki@vikiredding.com.
